Shopping & Ingredients List:
100g Bacon Lardons
400g Skinless Chicken Thighs, chopped
3 medium Leeks, chopped
1 tbsp Olive Oil
350g Ready Made Cheese Sauce
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
25g Parmesan, grated
Salt & Pepper to season
1. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the bacon & chicken & cook for 7-8 minutes. Add the leeks & continue to cook for 4-5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile cook the pasta in a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water according to the packet instructions. Drain well & set aside.
3. Preheat the grill to high.
4. Add the cheese sauce to the pasta along with the bacon, chicken & leeks. Stir in the mustard & season to own taste. Tip the pasta bake into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with the parmesan & grill for 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
