Breakfast Berry Wrap

Shopping & Ingredients List:

2 large Eggs
25g Reduced Sugar Muesli
pinch of Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce, optional
75g Mixed Fresh Berries
3 tbsp 0% Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Runny Honey
drizzle of melted Coconut Oil


1. Preheat a grill to high.

2. Beat the eggs with the cinnamon. Add a drizzle, less than a tsp, of melted coconut oil into a non-stick frying pan. Pour in the eggs & cook over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Put the pan under the grill for 1-2 minutes to set the top of the eggs.

3. When the eggs have set & are golden, transfer to a large plate. Scatter over the berries, muesli, yogurt & honey. Roll, or fold over, drizzle over the optional chocolate sauce & serve. Can also be served as a dessert.
