-500g 20% Fat Lamb Mince*
-4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 tsp Root Ginger, grated
1 Red Chilli, finely chopped
-1 tsp each Ground Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Chilli Powder
-¼ tsp each Ground Cloves & Cardamom
-2 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
-2 tbsp Very Low Fat Natural Yogurt
-1 tsp Olive Oil
-Salt & Pepper to season
1. Place the garlic, ginger, chilli powder. fresh chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, onion, lamb & yogurt in a mixing bowl. Season to own taste with salt & pepper & combine thoroughly. Cover & chill for 5-6 hours, or overnight, in the fridge.
2. Divide into 12 portions & make into burgers. Use the oil to grease a grill rack & grill or bbq for 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve 3 burgers per person.
