INGREDIENTS: 

-1 large Avocado, stoned
-100g Crab Meat
-3 tbsp Reduced Fat Creme Fraiche
-1 tbsp Tomato Puree
-dash of Tabasco Sauce

To serve

-pinch of Paprika
-Fresh Dill

METHOD: 

1. In a small bowl whisk together the creme fraiche, tomato puree & tabasco. Mix in the crab meat.

2. Serve immediately inside the avocado with a sprinkle of paprika & dill.
