Orange Glazed Salmon

 


SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:

-120g Salmon FilletGlaze
-1 tbsp Clear Honey
-1 tbsp Soy Sauce
-½ tbsp Rice Vinegar
-1 tbsp Pure Orange Juice
-1 Clove Garlic, minced
-½ tsp Ginger Root, grated
-½ tsp Sesame Oil

METHOD: 

1. Heat the oven to 200c (180 fan), 400f, gas mark 6. Place the salmon skin-side down on a large piece of tin foil on a baking sheet.

2. In a bowl mix together the glaze ingredients. Brush over the salmon. Wrap the foil around the fish so its fully enclosed. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes & serve with fresh green salad.
