-½ Avocado, mashed
-100g Sweet Potato, mashed
-133g Peanut Butter
-90g Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
-30g Maple Syrup
-3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
-60g Almond Milk
-Optional1 tsp Coconut Oil for greasing
1. Preheat the oven to 165c (145 fan), 325f, gas mark 3. Line a brownie tin with baking paper or grease it with coconut oil.
2. Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate chips together in a blender or food processor. Mix in the chocolate chips & transfer the batter to the brownie tin.
3. Level the batter using the back of a wooden spoon & bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cool & slice to serve.
