TOMATO & PARMA HAM COURGETTE SPAGHETTI

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 50g torn Parma Ham

  • 175g Tomato & Mascarpone sauce

  • Small handful chopped fresh basil

  • 125g spiralized courgette (easier to buy pre spiralized) 

 

 

METHOD

 

  • Dry fry the Parma ham on a medium heat until crisp until crisp then move ham to another plate to one side.

  • Add the sauce to the pan (still on medium heat) and heat for 1-2 minutes  then add in the courgette.

  • Cook the courgette for 1 minute until warmed through

  • Add to bowl and top with cooked ham and basil
