MOIST CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 240g cannellini beans

  • 25g cocoa powder

  • 25g chocolate whey

  • 25g coconut flour

  • 10g stevia

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 50g egg whites

  • 30 – 60ml Almond milk to make a batter 

 

METHOD:

  • Preheat oven to 190 degrees C

  • Blend ingredients in food processor

  • Mixture should be sticky, add more/ less almond milk for the correct consistency

  • Line a baking dish with greaseproof paper

  • Add mixture to greaseproof lined dish and smooth over

  • Bake in oven for 15-25 mins until when pricked with a tooth pick the tooth pick comes out clean.
