BREAKFAST PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 60g unsweetened almond milk

  • 80g ground oats

  • 45g egg whites

  • 27g fat free greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsb baking powder

  • 1 tsb baking soda

  • 1⁄2 tsp salt

  • 5g steveia 

 

METHOD:

  • put a large frying pan on a low to medium heat

  • mix dry ingredients in a bowl with eggs

  • add milk and stir/blend until mixed

  • spray the pan with low calorie spray

  • add 3-5 spoonfulls of the batter to the pan

  • when you start to see bubbles appear on the surface very carefully turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes
