BREAKFAST PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

 

60g unsweetened almond milk

80g ground oats

45g egg whites

27g 05 fat free greek yoghurt

1 tsb baking powder

1 tsb baking soda

1⁄2 tsp salt

5g steveia 

 

METHOD:

  • Put a large frying pan on a low to medium heat

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl with eggs

  • add milk and stir/blend until mixed

  • spray the pan with low calorie spray

  • add 3-5 spoonfulls of the batter to the pan

  • when you start to se bubbles appear on the surface very carefully turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes
