QUICK CHEESY CAULIFLOWER MASH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 90g cauliflower florets

  • 40ml skimmed milk

  • 50g 1⁄2 fat grated chedder cheese

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder 

 

METHOD:

  • Place cauliflower in a microwaveable bowl

  • Add a teaspoon of water and cook on full power until tender and fork can very easily can pierce each floret

  • Once cooked add all ingredients and use a blender until mixed well (or move to a food processor) and serve
