UPGRADE YOU TORTILLA PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

 

80g tortilla

40g tomato puree

60g 50% less fat chedder

Oregano

Basil

80g Tomato

40g Mushroom finely sliced

10g finely sliced red chilli

black pepper 

 

METHOD:

  • Pre-heat oven to 200c

  • Flatten out the tortilla onto a baking tray and add an even layer of the tomato puree before adding oregano, basil and black pepper

  • Slice the tomato and red chili and spread evenly on top

  • Scatter cheese over the tomatoes and then top with the mushroom

  • Pop in the oven for 15- 20 minutes depending on how crispy you like them
