BANANA & COCONUT PROTEIN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

 

50g banana

30g coconut flour

70g egg whites

30g vanilla protein powder

5g baking powder

5g stevia cooking oil spray

30ml unsweetened almond milk

 

METHOD:

  • Put a large frying pan on a low to medium heat

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl with eggs

  • Add milk and stir/ blend until mixed

  • Spray the pan with low calorie spray

  • Add 3-5 spoonfuls of the batter to the pan 

  • When you start to see bubbles appear on the surface very carefully turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes
