OVERNIGHT OATS

 INGREDIENTS:

 

45g oats 

200g 0% fat greek yoghurt 

30g chopped strawberries 

30g blueberries

30g raspberries

3g stevia 

 

METHOD:

  • Add the fruit to the yoghurt in a small mixing bowl and mix gently

  • Then add a spoonful of yoghurt to the bottom of the glass/bowl which you wish to serve from

  • Sprinkle over some oats, then yoghurt once again and repeat the process to create layers

  • Pop glass/bowl in fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning
