Diets like this force massive calorie cuts:
To lose weight and fat, you need to be in a calorie deficit (meaning you eat fewer calories than your body burns each day.)
All the above diets place you in huge unsustainable calorie deficits.
And what’s worse, most of them will never truly reveal the full calorie content of the diet.
The reason? Because they KNOW it’s not sustainable for any woman.
Their hope is that a small percentage of women will somehow just about make it through without binging or becoming ill, and will lose some fat.
The shocking truth is, however, that these diets often come in at less than 1000 calories per day.
The extreme hunger you experience after just a few days results in binging, lack of self worth due to feeling like a failure each time you can’t stick to it, potential eating disorders, lack of energy and low mood.
They give unsustainable cookie cutter meal plans: which tell you exactly what to eat, every…single…day.
On first sight might make you think “great, less thinking involved”.
The truth is that you are paying for plans that are identical to anyone else who joined that program/diet…from the amounts of foods per meal, to the food groups and even the daily calorie content.
And what does that mean?
If you said -
Becoming heavier than when you started
And drastic weight rebound …
You’d be 100% correct.

What happens If you want to eat out?
What happens if you forget your lunch?
What happens if you fancy something else to eat?
Answer: You can’t, and when you do you completely go off track for days or you ‘start again on Monday’ it results in 1 step forward 2 steps back.
These diets also over restrict / demonise foods:
Most of these programs pointlessly demonise and ban certain foods or food groups. Some ban sugar, some ban fat, some ban carbs at night and some still even ban fruit! < All of which can easily be fitted into a successful and healthy diet.
If you tell a toddler they can’t have something….guess what they want?
If you tell your body you aren’t allowed a certain food, treat or drink…guess what you want?
How many times have you said ‘I’m not going to have chocolate, or I won’t drink this weekend only to do exactly that…but multiplied by 10.
They set pointless rules that don’t benefit fat loss: You can eat unlimited pasta but you can’t eat rice, you can eat a banana but you can’t eat one when its mashed up because its bad for you, you can’t eat carbs and fat together, You can’t eat carbs after 6pm and you can’t eat until 2pm. How difficult do these rules make it for you to lose weight and maintain that weight loss?
I could go on and on and on about this. But the honest truth is -

When you sign up, we'll start by taking a few details so we can set up your nutrition and workout plans. Two days before the program starts, we'll send these over for you so that you have a couple of days to prepare. We'll also get you set up on our app, members area and private facebook group.
Whether you prefer to train at home or in the gym, we'll create a bespoke program to suit your lifestyle, preference and how often you like to train. We'll give you two different 4-week programs over the 8 weeks.
For example, if you tell us that you like to train 3 times a week at home and you don’t have access to equipment we'll set you a fun and challenging routine that lets you do just that.
Our app lets you view your workouts, record your progress and has handy videos to show you how to do each of the exercises correctly.
Our app will show you your personalised calorie targets as well as a choice of tasty meal plans based on these.
You can either follow the set plans or use the targets we set you to plan your own.
